Thornebrook Gallery is hosting Winter Part artist Peter Pettegrew in “Glazes of Color,” an exhibit of 25 of the artist’s most recent paintings.
Showing at the gallery in Gainesville for the first time in four years, Glazes of Color is a very special occasion and opportunity to enjoy the work of this nationally-recognized artist.
“He stays busy – in just the last six months he’s had shows in Orlando, Winter Park and Tampa with a paintout in Wekiva and a commission in Northern California,” said David Arrighi, owner of Thornebrook Gallery. “Whether painting the Eastern United States, California, Montana, France or the Bahamas, Peter is devoted to the landscape. His work breathes with the land and the sky and the water and the wind and I’m very pleased to be able to show 25 of his most recent paintings.”
Work on display in Glazes of Color is available for viewing and sale at Thornebrook Gallery through Sept. 29.
